Chad M. Maholtz

CEO

Chad Maholtz is the CEO of HAAS Building Solutions. He is responsible for all Architecture and Construction operations for the company, which includes design and construction documents overview, project management of complex projects, constructability review, and the oversight and mentoring of project managers and on-site supervision on other projects. He also oversees project procurement, estimating, and is responsible for client relations. Chad’s 23-year background includes projects ranging from $150,000 to $110 Million.

Jeff C. Haas

Co-Chairman

Jeff Haas is the Co-Chairman of HAAS Building Solutions. Jeff is the son of the John Haas, Founder of HAAS Building Solutions, and the father of Jason Haas. Since 2004, Jeff has brought his 30 years of leadership, entrepreneurial and business experience to the firm. His background includes concept development, franchising, operations, marketing and hospitality. Jeff was an integral part of adding construction services to HAAS’ line of architectural and engineering services.

Jason C. Haas

Co-Chairman

Jason Haas is the Co-Chairman of HAAS Building Solutions. Jason is the Grandson of the Founder of HAAS Building Solutions, John Haas, and the son of Co-Chairman, Jeff Haas, bringing the firm three generations of HAAS’. Jason was an integral part of adding construction services to HAAS’ line of architectural and engineering services. Since graduating from Stanford University in 2006, Jason has provided leadership, business and marketing efforts to the firm.

Dallas L. Miller

AIA, LEED AP

Dallas Miller is an Architect and Firm Principal at HAAS Building Solutions, specializing in code and standards. He has been with HAAS for over 25 years, and has been an important part of solidifying HAAS’ reputation in the local architectural community. Dallas’ responsibilities at HAAS include design, managing the preparation of programming studies, construction documents production, assisting in bid analysis, and providing construction administration support.
