Green Architecture

A recent development in the world of architecture involves the relationship between architecture and the environment. Green Architecture, also known as Sustainability Design, is produced to ensure that the building uses as many environmentally-safe materials as possible, conserves the optimum amount of energy, and is functionally economical for the client. As a member of the Green Building Council and with its LEED Certified Architects, HAAS Building Solutions offers this technology of building design to clients as another way to broaden our horizons. Upon the request of our clients, HAAS will professionally design with energy-efficiency, all kinds of buildings including healthcare, education, and residential uses. The following categories are the four main principals to Green Technology. They are, but are not limited to:

Air Quality/PollutantsHAAS designs to minimize harmful impacts on interior air quality.

Human HealthHAAS designs buildings to promote healthiness, to provide a sense of wellbeing, to increase productivity and, through the formation of enhanced and diverse environments, raise motivational levels among the users of the building.

Energy/PowerHAAS designs buildings that severely reduce the costs of consumption, operation, and maintenance on the building by using the appropriate technology to reduce these expenses.

Materials/ResourcesHAAS constructs buildings using the optimum amount of recyclable resources and sustainable materials throughout the entire project.
