General Contracting is the traditional method of project delivery. The contractor provides cost for completion of project including all labor, materials and equipment based upon drawings that are prepared by the architect/engineers hired directly by the owner.

At HAAS, these projects can be delivered in many ways, including traditional fixed priced contracting or more frequently, through a guaranteed maximum price with shared savings.
