Construction Services > Construction Management
The Construction Manager is responsible for the delivery of the completed project, utilizing construction means and methods. The Construction Manager is responsible to meet the Client's objectives in regard to time, cost, and quality.
At HAAS, this is done through the "Team" approach that was developed and nurtured during the preconstruction phase. The team is working toward a common goal. The members include the client, architect, construction manager, subcontractors/vendors and building officials/utilities. The ultimate goal cannot be realized if everyone is not working closely and communicating the project goals.
The key tools used to meet the project goals in the Construction Management approach established by HAAS are:
- Project Cost Control (Open-Book Accounting)
- Guaranteed Maximum Contract (Savings returned to Owner)
- Scheduled Monitoring/Management
- Communication/"Team" Concept
- Qualified Supervision Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program
- Job Specific Safety Program
- State of the Art Project Control System/Software
- Project Commissioning/Training/Close-Out
