Even if clients choose not to use the Single Source Building Solution provided by HAAS Building Solutions, our firm will insist on providing construction administration services to the client. HAAS does not disappear after we complete our architectural and engineering construction documents. Instead, we help to insure that the construction contractor is interpreting the drawings correctly. We also make periodic visits to the site to answer any questions or concerns the construction contractor may have. This is an important element in a successful building process and HAAS wants to make sure this crucial construction step is performed properly. Without the presence of sound construction administration, even an innovate design and excellent construction documents may fail to produce a quality project.
